Igone and Marijn are brilliantly expressing their artistic freedom in five unique choreographies. Renaissance is taking you on a captivating journey into an enchanted world, where videos, personal reflections, revelations, and, of course, five stunning dance pieces are beautifully interlinked. Each piece is beautifully performed by Igone de Jongh and Marijn Rademaker. 

Come and enjoy this autobiographical dance spectacle, where Igone shares her life story, with its ups and downs, in an intimate way. From the challenges she encountered on her way to the top and the glorious years she experienced at the Dutch National Ballet to the ‘free fall’ she made in recent years. 
Marijn Rademakers, who was her dance partner during those glorious years, is also experiencing his own Renaissance. The enchanting duo is back, and they are better than ever! Renaissance gives the audience the unique opportunity to relive the passion of the pas the deux of Swan Lake and Romeo and Juliet.

Renaissance was inspired by the great collaboration between Igone de Jongh, Marijn Rademaker, and Marc Pos, who is also directing the production.
