What happens when sisters Julia and Sophie search for the truth between fantasy and reality? During a nocturnal adventure, they end up behind the gates of the Efteling where something strange is going on. It seems like everything is upside down and nothing makes sense anymore. The Fakir can no longer fly on his carpet because he is afraid of heights. Frau Schmeperling's clocks no longer run because the mice think they are an elephant. Little Red Riding Hood is searching for her true identity. And in the ‘Danse Macabre’, the ghosts have lost their sense of rhythm. And what if these Efteling residents have to come and explain themselves on Eva Drienek's talk show?
